The wildlife tracker’s role is enjoying a resurgence and finding its modern-day application.
Wildlife track and sign interpretation is a bit of a lost art that is enjoying a resurgence of interest among people wishing to connect with all aspects of nature and also those recognizing the essential contribution it can play in ecological and behavioral understanding, nature conservation and wildlife management. Tracking can help us identify the best locations for camera traps, understand deer management needs, discover the presence of predators or species of conservation concern, and simply point to what animals occur where.
